Do I have to be a medical student to start my own chapter?

No! Anyone can start a chapter with DO More. The first step is getting a group together who are willing to help you with your vision for your chapter.

Is there a topic we must follow when starting a chapter? (i.e. underserved populations)

Also no! We have raised monetary and itemized donations for various causes such as transplant clinics, domestic violence victims, sex trafficking victims, etc. So get creative!

If myself or a friend donates, is our donation tax-exempt and refunded during tax season?

Yes! When you donate through the website, click the "I want a receipt" checkbox. We will email your receipt within 2-3 business days. If you have not received a receipt, please email us at domoreunited@gmail.com
